Is it just me or is it getting hot in here?! Summer is in full bloom and cool breezes, sweet treats, and the great outdoors are all on my to-do list this summer season. In my efforts to be more active and eat healthier in 2021, I have scoured the web for fun and sweet treats to try. One of those sweet concoctions are Popsicles! Simple, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to make at home; Popsicles have been a go to treat to beating the summer heat.
I know, I know- what about Ice cream? Ice cream is great- but can sometimes be a bit too heavy, messy, and not as conveniently healthy or simple to make as popsicles are. These 4 popsicle recipes are sure to be a family hit and please even your pickiest eaters.

Pineapple Mango Popsicle: Creamy and Delicious
Nothing feels or tastes like summer quite like a wonderful mango popsicle. If you enjoy creamy and decadent- this is your popsicle. It has only 6 ingredients and can easily be vegan by substituting the Greek yogurt with a non dairy alternative. This delectable fruity popsicle has pineapple, mango, Greek yogurt, honey, a bit of vanilla and a squeeze of lime juice. For added aesthetic- after blending to a smooth consistency, add some slices of lime or chopped mango when filling into popsicle containers.

Mint Watermelon Popsicle: Refreshing and Simple
Fresh, simple, and healthy. These watermelon popsicles are made with only watermelon slices, lime juice, and mint leaves. Perfect treat for a refreshing summer afternoon.
Be sure to save some mint leaves to add into the mold before freezing.
